Returns & Exchanges

At Osmo PL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
